I’m a management consultant specialising in finance transformation — helping CFOs and finance leaders build world-class finance functions.
My career has taken me across both sides of the table: as a Deloitte consultant, and holding finance leadership roles across several industries, with a focus on FP&A. That blend of consulting rigour and in-house experience has shaped the way I work — practical, collaborative, and always focused on outcomes that last.
After eight years living in Canada, I’m now based in Yorkshire, where I balance work with time outdoors and family life with my two young kids.
What I love most about my work is the variety — no two clients or challenges are ever the same — and the satisfaction of seeing tangible change: more efficient processes, more confident teams, and finance functions that are genuinely valued by their business.
